Appreciate your beginning TIAS - isn't it fun??? Your tatting is so neat, and I like to use the silent shuttle - haven't tried the GR8 as yet. I'm trying to catch up to be ready for day three. I like your site - do you know Ellen L? She is very nice. Realize S'pore is a big place - LOL but thought I'd ask. BJ in the wilds of New Mexico, USA
Hi Tattingchic, are you working on the TIAS? I'm sure you can follow that quite easily. Before we start, I guess it might be a ring or brooch or pendant stuff, going by the materials. Unlikely that I would have hit on it, just have to wait for more to come.
Dear bj, I'm Ellen, your exchange partner previously! Glad you came by! Mm, my tatting is neat - Jane too made the same comment - I'm very flattered. For the TIAS, once you get all the materials together, it would not take long to do the 1st 2 days. I have the silent tatters too, but somehow, I couldn't tension them properly, so I hardly use them. Well, it boils down to personal perference and then getting used to or being used to certain shuttles.
Hi Singtatter, no I am not doing the TIAS. Unfortunately I do not have enough beads and it's not a good time to go buy some. Jane told me that I can do it at a later date if I would like. Maybe I will. I am doing a doily tat-a-long at eTatters and just finished something yummy on my blog.
